financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Turnover
The turnover represents contibutions received from Members relating to the management and administration of
the property.

2. COMPANY STATUS

The company is Limited by Guarantee and not having a Share Capital.
