1	General information

Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The average number of persons employed by the company (including directors) during the year, was 3 (2020 - 2).
