This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies entitled to the small companies exemption.

For the financial year ended 31 October 2021 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The company was dormant (within the meaning of section 1169 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout the year ended 31 October 2021.

The company has taken advantage of the exemption available in accordance with FRS 102 1.12(e), not to disclose transection entered into between two or more members of the group, as the company is a wholly owned subsidiary undertaking of the group to which it is party to the transactions.

The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cerberus Group 2000 Limited. Its ultimate parent company is Cerberus Holdings Limited. A copy of the consolidated group accounts can be obtained from Companies House, Crown Way, Cardiff, CF14 3UZ upon payment of the appropriate fee.
