    The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards in the United Kingdom and the historical cost convention.

    Turnover policy

    Turnover, which excludes value added tax, represents the invoiced value of services supplied in the United Kingdom. The amount by which the amount invoiced exceeds recorded turnover is shown within creditors as deferred income.
