1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year. |
Group accounts |
The company and its parent comprise a small group. The group has taken advantage of the exemption provided |
by S399 of the Companies Act 2006 not to prepare group accounts. The financial statements therefore present |
information about the company as an individual undertaking and not about its group. |

The A Ordinary shares carry one vote per share, the B Ordinary shares are non voting. |
The holders of the A Ordinary shares the B Ordinary shares are entitled to participate in dividends or other |
distributions as determined by the directors from time to time and for this purpose shall not be treated as one |
class so that a dividend or distribution may be declared on one class to the exclusion of the other and differing |
amounts may be declared in respect of each class. |
On a return of capital on liquidation or otherwise any surplus assets of the company available for distribution |
among the members shall be distributed to the holders of all A Ordinary shares in issue pro rata to the nominal |
value of such shares. The holders of the B Ordinary shares have no rights to participate in a capital distribution. |
