    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    These financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention on a going concern basis.

    Turnover policy

    Turnover excludes value added tax.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives. Plant and Machinery - 20% Reducing Balance Office Equipment - 15% Reducing Balance Motor Vehicles - 20% Reducing Balance
