GOING CONCERN
The directors have considered the period to 9 June 2023 when assessing the company's ability to continue as a going concern. It is believed that the company will either be able to satisfy its liabilities as these become payable, or alternatively will be sold as a going concern.

RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
During the year the company under took the following transactions with related parties: The directors have advanced monies to the company. At 31 August 2021 the amount due from the company was £381 (2020 - £2,531).
