    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    he financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

    Turnover policy

    The total turnover of the company for the year has been derived from its principal activity wholly undertaken in the UK.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is provided on all tangible fixed assets, other than freehold land, at rates calculated to write off the cost, less estimated residual value, of each asset evenly over its expected useful life, as follows: Fixtures, fittings and equipment 15% Other 25%
