1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. This assumption may not be valid since at the |
balance sheet date the company has net liabilities of £1,560 (2013: £8,575). The validity of the going concern |
assumption therefore depends on the continued support of the directors, suppliers and the company's bankers and |
other providers of finance. |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |
