| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Despite having net liabilities of £569,644 at the balance sheet date the accounts have been prepared on a going |
| concern basis given that the related party, Monkhill Limited, has expressed its willingness to support the |
| company for the foreseeable future. |
| The company has completed an agreement for the sale of the property held within stock. The future income |
| which will be generated by the sale is expected to realise a profit sufficient to reduce the net liabilities |
| significantly. |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents the value of property sales, excluding value added tax. |

| Work in progress is valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value. |
