HSBC Bank plc hold a standard security over the property at 2a Thorburn Road, as included in fixed assets. HSBC Bank plc hold a bond & floating charge over all assets of the company covering all sums due.
Included within creditors: amounts falling due after more than one year is an amount of £1,562,681 (2019: £1,792,304) in respect of liabilities payable or repayable by instalments which fall due for payment after more than five years from the reporting date.
Morningside Manor Ltd, Lorimer House Ltd,
Thorburn Manor Ltd
and Lindemann Healthcare Ltd are all party to an intercompany cross guarantee with HSBC.
