The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - small entities.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The Company has opted not to file the profit and loss account in accordance with provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.

The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the board and were signed on its behalf on 7 June 2021.

General information

Seven One (Investments) Limited is a private company limited by shares and incorporated in England and Wales, registration number 10442305. The registered office is 2nd Floor Oberon House (B67), Adastral Park, Martlesham Heath, Ipswich, IP5 3RE. 

2.Accounting policies

 
2.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Section 1A of Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.

 
2.2

Going concern

The financial statements have been drawn up on a going concern basis.
The director has considered a period of twelve months following the date of approval of the financial statements when considering the appropriateness of the adoption of the going concern basis of preparation.

  
2.3

Exemption from preparing consolidated financial statements

The Company is a parent Company that is also a subsidiary included in the consolidated financial statements of its immediate parent undertaking established under the law of an EEA state and is therefore exempt from the requirement to prepare consolidated financial stateemnts under section 400 of the Companies Act 2006.

 
2.4

Valuation of investments

Investments in subsidiaries are measured at cost less accumulated impairment.

  
2.5

Debtors

Short term debtors are measured at transaction price, less any impairment.

  
2.6

Creditors

Short term creditors are measured at the transaction price.

  
2.7

Financial instruments

The Company only enters into basic financial instrument transactions that result in the recognition of financial assets and liabilities like loans to and from related parties.

Employees

The Company has no employees other than the director, who did not receive any remuneration (2019 - £NIL).

Controlling party

The Company is a subsidiary undertaking of Seven Resourcing Limited which draws up consolidated financial statements of which the Company is a member. The registered office of Seven Resourcing Limited is 2nd Floor Oberon House (B67), Adastral Park, Martlesham Heath, Ipswich, IP5 3RE.

Auditor's information

The auditor's report on the financial statements for the period ended 31 October 2020 was unqualified.

The audit report was signed on 7 June 2021 by Sharon Gravener (Senior Statutory Auditor) on behalf of Scrutton Bland LLP.
