1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Turnover policy
Turnover represents net rental income from investments properties wholly undertaken in UK.

Tangible assets depreciation policy
Depreciation is provided in order to write down the original cost of fixed assets to residual value over their expected useful lives.

Other accounting policies
A cash flow statements in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities has not been prepared on the grounds that the Company qualifies as a small Company and is therefore exempt from the requirement.
