1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008)

Other accounting policies

The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis as the holders of the loan notes have indicated their intention to work with the company to structure the repayment profile of the debt within the company's means.
