As at the company yearend 31 August 2020 the company owed the director Jatinder Mandla £246.00 in unpaid expenses. The director Jatinder Mandla owed the company £4.07 in overpaid salary and £18,109.57 in directors loan. As this has been repaid no S455 charge has been applied.
