1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Three years management fees owed (£400 per annum) by Trevor Needham No. 4 Chapel Garth.
Each household (7 in total) currently pays £400 per annum - therefore £2,800 in total.
We are a small community of 7 properties and the Company was formed to cover the costs of the water treatment plant. Therefore we have two creditors name S&S Site Services who maintain the water treatment plant and E-On who currently provide electricity to run the plant. We are a non-profit making organisation but need to have cash in hand to cover costs of future incidentals i.e. unadopted road repairs.
