These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

For the financial year ending 30 June 2020 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

1	General information

Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

Going concern

The directors have paid particular attention to the likely effects on the business of the current Covid-19 outbreak and they remain confident that sufficient funding is in place and that the company has adequate resources to enable the company to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future.

Government support

The company has received Government support during the period in the form of the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme grant which has been accounted for under the accruals method within other operating income.

The company has also received Government support during the period in the form of the Bounce Back Loan Scheme.

The average number of persons employed by the company (including directors) during the year, was 12 (2019 - 16).
