During the year the company made a loan to its director. There were no interest terms associated with this loan and the loan is repayable on demand. The amount outstanding at year end is £42 (2019 : £nil) and it is included in current assets.

As at the point of signing the accounts, there is a worldwide pandemic of Covid-19. This outbreak of Covid-19 is causing restrictions on the population in the UK, which is having an impact on the financial activity of the whole economy. The effects on the UK economy and Protechnix Limited cannot be quantified with any accuracy at this point in time but the directors will continue to manage the company through this position.

Protechnix Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is 29-31 Castle Street, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, HP13 6RU.

For the year ended 30 November 2020 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
