These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions relating to the small companies regime within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). 1.

Accounting policies

Basis of preparing the financial statements

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (Effective April 2008)

Statement of cashflow

The Company has taken advantage of the exemption in Financial Reporting Standard No.1 from the requirement to produce a cashflow statement on the grounds that it is a small company.

Turnover

Turnover comprises the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, net of Value Added Tax and trade discounts.

Fixed assets

Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less depreciation Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost or valuation of fixed assets, less their estimated residual value, over their expected useful lives on the following bases:

Plant and Machinery - 15% reducing balance basis

Fixtures and Fittings - 15 % reducing balance basis

Motor Vehicles - 25% reducing balance basis

Deferred taxation

Provision is made for taxation deferred using the liability method in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed by the balance sheet date. Deferred tax assets are recognised where it is considered more likely than not that future profits will be available for offset. The company has not adopted a policy of discounting deferred tax assets and liabilities.

4.	Transactions with directors
	As at the 31 December 2014 the company had loans with its Director Mr M.O.Heavey for £795. These loans are interest free and repayable on demand.
