| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Going concern |
| The balance sheet currently shows net liabilities of £72,664 (2013: £68,064. The major creditor of |
| the business is the Director's loan account which at the balance sheet date had a balance |
| outstanding of £74,857 (2013: £67,758). The directors will continue to give full support to the |
| business and as a consequence they consider it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going |
| concern basis. |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance |
| with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |
