The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies. |
| The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in compliance with the ICEAW technical release 3/11 which recommends a clear distinction should be made between the transactions of the management company and the transactions belonging to the statutory trust. |
| In accordance with the recommended practice by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the residents' association holds the residents' service charges in trust. Consequently none of the service charges or expenditure are reported as part of the company activity. |
