Year Ending: 30 April 2020
The company's activities were be carried on for the benefit of a large number of sole traders, micro and small businesses who are generally members of the Business Network International. These businesses are looking to grow their business and provide more employment opportunities in the area. The purpose of the company is to help these businesses to group together and tender for contracts. These can be local or national government contracts, NHS, or other government departments. Contracts by businesses that are in the public realm. This will include any other work where we can work as a collective to ensure continuity of work and guarantee that the work will be completed on time and on budget. This company will allow us to be invited to tender where the size of the contract may preclude these businesses from bidding. This company will ensure that when we bid and win a contract, we will be able to complete that contract. We will do this by having a number of each type of business.
We asked any business using our service to rate the effectiveness of the business. They all gained valuable knowledge to help them move forward.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
