    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    THESE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ARE PREPARED UNDER THE HISTORICAL COST CONVENTION. THE COMPANY HAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THE EXEMPTION IN FRS1 FROM THE REQUIREMENT TO FILE A CASH FLOW STATEMENT ON THE GROUNDS THAT IT IS A SMALL COMPANY.

    Turnover policy

    TURNOVER REPRESENTS NET INVOICED SALES OF SERVICES EXCL VAT

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    TANGIBLE FIXED ASSETS ARE STATED AT COST LESS DEPRECIATION. DEPRECIATION IS PROVIDED AT RATES CALCULATED TO WRITE OFF COST LESS RESIDUAL VALUE OVER ITS EXPECTED LIFE. OFFICE EQUIPMENT ON A 25% REDUCING BALANCE BASIS.
