Notes to the financial statements

1. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to Nil (2019: 2 ).

2. Directors' advances, credits and guarantees

The company was under the control of A & D Richards and throughout the current and previous year. A & D Richards are the only directors and equal shareholders. At the beginning of the year, an amount of £22,800 was owed by the directors to the company. This was repaid in December 2019. During the year, the company loaned the directors a further £12,254, and the amount outstanding at the year end is £12,254. The loan is repayable on demand and interest is charged at 2.5%.

For the year ending 31 March 2020 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;

- The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
