The following reproduces the text of the report prepared for the director in respect of the company's annual unaudited financial statements. In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is only required to file a Statement of Financial Position. Readers are cautioned that the Income Statement and certain other primary statements and the Report of the Director are not required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies. |
In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Exord Uk Pte. Ltd. for the year ended 30th June 2020 which comprise the Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Changes in Equity and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. |

Revenue recognition |
Revenue is recognised when services have been supplied to customers such that the risks and rewards of ownership have transferred to them. |
Tax |
Tax for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
Current or deferred tax assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the statement of financial position date. |
Foreign currencies |
Assets and liabilities in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rates of exchange ruling at the statement of financial position date. Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rate of exchange ruling at the date of transaction. Exchange differences are taken into account in arriving at the operating result. |

8. | POST BALANCE SHEET EVENTS |
The outbreak of coronavirus, also know as COVID-19 has spread across the globe and is impacting worldwide economic activity. The outbreak and the related mitigation measures may have an adverse impact on global economic conditions as well as on the Company's business activities. |
The director continues to monitor the impact of the virus on the business as more information about the pandemic emerges and has a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and to meet it's financial obligations as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. Accordingly, he continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. |
