The average number of persons, including directors, employed by the company during the period was as follows:

'Other creditors' includes the amount of £29,194 due by the company to its director. The director has indicated her willingness to continue her financial support of the company, and for this reason the going concern basis is considered appropriate for the preparation of the financial statements.

At the date on which the financial statements were approved, the financial implications arising from the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, which has affected the UK, are uncertain. The director is reviewing forecasts for an anticipated change in the company’s operational activities in the short term. The company has benefitted from the financial assistance provided by the UK government and the director is of the opinion that the company remains a going concern.

McLean Entertainment Ltd is a private company limited by shares incorporated in Scotland. The registered office is 11 St Brides Way, Bothwell, Glasgow, G71 8QQ.

For the period ended 31 March 2020 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The company was incorporated on 29 March 2019, so the period to 31 March 2020 is the first accounting period.
