The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

All the members have consented to the preparation of an abridged Balance Sheet for the period ended 31 October 2020 in accordance with Section 444(2A) of the Companies Act 2006.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Statement of Income and Retained Earnings has not been delivered.

2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover

Turnover represents net invoiced sales of flights and other services, excluding value added tax where applicable.

3.	EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS

The average number of employees during the period was NIL (2019 - 1 ).

4.	DISCLOSURE UNDER SECTION 444(5B) OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2006

The Report of the Auditors was unqualified.

5.	RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland', not to disclose related party transactions with wholly owned subsidiaries within the group.

The company's parent undertaking is Pure Crete Limited, a 100% shareholder. The parent's registered office is Rogers & Co, 414 Gower Road, Killay, Swansea, SA2 7AJ and its principal place of business is Bolney Place, Cowfold Road, Bolney, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH17 5QT.

As at 31 October 2020 the company was owed £24,419 (2019: £Nil) by Visions Holiday Group Limited, a company indirectly owning 75% of Pure Aviation Limited.
