In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the abbreviated accounts of Crowle Properties Two Limited for the year ended 31 August 2014 which comprise of the balance sheet and the related notes from the company’s accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.
This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Crowle Properties Two Limited, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 7 November 2013. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of Crowle Properties Two Limited and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the Board of Directors of Crowle Properties Two Limited, as a body, in this report. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Crowle Properties Two Limited and its Board of Directors as a body for our work or for this report.

1 Accounting policies
Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).
Turnover
No sales were concluded during the period under review.
Stocks
Stock is valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value, and relates to the purchase and associated acquisition costs of land acquired together with subsequent expenditure in respect of that land.
