All the members have consented to the preparation of abridged financial statements for the year ended 31 May 2020 in accordance with Section 444(2A) of the Companies Act 2006.
The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions relating to companies subject to the small companies regime within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006. Approved by the board of directors on 9 March 2021 and signed on its behalf.

Accounting policies

Statutory information

The company is registered in England and Wales and its registered number is 11385450. The company is a private company limited by shares. Its registered office is Larchcroft, Penylan Rd, Aberthin, Cowbridge CF71 7HB.

Basis of preparing the financial statements

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2005).

Turnover

Turnover represents the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, net of value added tax and trade discounts.

Fixed Assets

Depreciation is calculated using the straight line method on the gross values of fixed assets. The following rates are used:

Stock is valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value. Work in progress includes an element of part completed work.
