| During the year the company sums totalling £5255.55 were repaid by Palmer Properties Limited, a company owned and controlled by the director Dr P Marshall. The loan bears interest at 5% and is repayable on demand. At 31 August 2020 the loan balance, including accrued interest, was £385,483.21. |
