1	General information

The company is a private company limited by share capital, incorporated in England and Wales. The address of its registered office is Unit B2, Brookside Business Park, Greengate, Middleton, Lancashire, M24 1GS.

These financial statements were authorised for issue by the director on 12 March 2021.

Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

2	Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company (including the director) during the year, was 9 (2018 - 1).

3	Financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies

Amounts not provided for in the balance sheet

The total amount of financial commitments not included in the balance sheet is £559,500 (2018 - £Nil).

Amounts disclosed in the balance sheet

Included in the balance sheet are employer pension contributions paid after the year end of £551 (2018 - £Nil).

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
