From bank statements provided in the current year, it became apparent that amounts treated as advances to the director in the prior year were transfers to another business bank account. Therefore, the prior year has been restated to decrease the loan to the director by £21,000 (and reallocate the balance from Current Assets to Creditors: amounts falling due within one year), increase the company bank accounts by £21,018 and increase the profit for the year by £18 for the interest received on the account.

RDM Business Finance Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in Scotland. The registered office is Clava House, Cradlehall Business Park, INVERNESS, IV2 5GH.

For the year ended 31 March 2020 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
