    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    These accounts have been prepared under the historic convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller entities (effective January 2007).

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents the value of services provided to customers for the rental of self storage units.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives. Fixtures and fittings - 25% straight line.
