General information

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to entities subject to the micro-entities' regime.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The notes on page 2 form part of these financial statements.

During the year the Company had an outstanding loan account with the director, A Lennard. Advances totalling £102,943 (2019: £99,913) and credits totalling £90,750 (2019: £106,174) were made. Interest at a rate of 2.5% totalling £1,938 (2019: £1,577) was charged to the loan account. The loan account has no fixed repayment terms. At the year end the Company was owed £45,242 (2019: £31,111). The loan was repaid on 31 January 2021.
