9	Financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies

Amounts disclosed in the balance sheet

Included in the balance sheet are financial commitments of £15,117 (2019 - £43,112). The financial commitments are in respect of hire purchase agreements held by the company and secured by the underlying assets to which they relate.

Included in the balance sheet are guarantees of £208,032 (2019 - £231,506). The Directors provide security through a fixed charge over personal assets in addition to personal guarantees to support the bank borrowings at any given time.
