| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost |
| convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for |
| Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents service charges due for the financial period. |
| 2. | PRIVATE COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE |
| All members of the company undertake to contribute such amount as is |
| required (not to exceed £1) to the assets of the company should it be wound |
| up whilst they are a member or within one year after they cease to be a |
| member. |
