1. Accounting policies
Basis of preparing the financial statements
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (Effective April 2008).
Turnover
Turnover comprises the contributions to the property management expenses by the freehold owners.

4.Transactions with directors
During the year Judy Hammond had a reduction in her annual contributions of £550. This reduction is for duties performed as Property Manager and Book Keeper for the years ended 31 January 2014 and 2015. At 31 January 2015, Mr C Chandler owed £60 contribution.
