Director's responsibilities:

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476;

Accounting policies

1.1

Accounting convention

The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Compliance with accounting standards

The financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice), which have been applied consistently (except as otherwise stated).

Ultimate parent company

The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Voice Comms Warehouse Limited which is the immediate and ultimate parent company.

Ultimate controlling company

M K Harris, (director) is, as the sole shareholder of Voice Comms Warehouse Limited, the ultimate controlling party.

Going concern

The company did not trade during the year and the future position is under review. Going concern

however is not considered to be an issue due to the availability of support from fellow group companies.
