1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

Turnover policy

Turnover represents invoiced sales to customers, net of value added tax.

Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Fixed assets are initially recorded at cost. Depreciation is provided each year to write down the assets to their residual value. The current depreciation rates used are 25% per annum.

Other accounting policies

Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date.
