    1 Directors' benefits: advances, credit and guarantees

    During the year the director Mr A Owen received a loan of £52, 259. Interest of £ 976 was charged on the loan. The amount outstanding at the year end, which was repayable on demand and classified in debtors, was £53, 235 . The amount outstanding was repaid within 9 months of the year end. During the year the director Ms H Joyce received a loan of £34, 500 . Interest of £ 578 was charged on the loan. The amount outstanding at the year end, which was repayable on demand and classified in debtors, was £35, 077 . The amount outstanding was repaid within 9 months of the year end.
