During the year the Company had an outstanding loan account with a director, N Markland. Advances totalling £Nil (2018: £Nil) and credits totalling £14,800 (2019: £14,280) were made. At the year end N Markland was owed £268,168 (2019: £253,368).
During the year the Company had an outstanding loan account with a director, J D Markland. Advances totalling £NIL (2019: £NIL) and credits totalling £2,568 (2019: £2,731) were made. At the year end J D Markland was owed £233,241 (2019: £230,673).
During the year the company repaid £6,100 to the director, A J Markland. At the year end A J Markland was owed £- (2019: £6,100).
DIRECTORS' CONFIRMATIONS
The Directors consider that the Company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to entities subject to the micro-entities' regime.
The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
