    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation has been computed to write off the cost of tangible fixed assets over their expected useful lives at the rate of 25% per annum on the reducing balance.
