Principal Activities

The company principal activity during this period was painting and decorating including minor related trades; basic plumbing, carpentry, tiling, flooring and kitchen fitting.

Political and charitable donations

We make donations to Children in Need.

Company policy on the employment of disabled persons

It is our policy to where ever possible carry out projects for the aged and vulnerable people , catering for thier individual needs. We ensure that our working practices are accessible to indivdiuals with specific disabilities.

Additional information

The change of the business name to E & O Property Maintenance Limited is to highlight to our clients, the business's ability to carry out interrated work on premises and or to work with other related specialist trades to provide a complete property refurishment.
