Following a change in management and ownership during the period the business has seen a significant improvement in performance. Despite the challenges faced due to the ongoing pandemic the director expects to achieve a net asset balance sheet position at the end of the following accounting period, with all ongoing financial obligations met. |

In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is only required to file a Balance Sheet.
