| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |
| Goodwill |
| Website development costs |
| Expenditure on website development costs, which represents the amount paid in connection with the acquisition |
| of the business in 2011, it has been amortised over its useful economic life. |
| Tangible fixed assets |
| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance |
| sheet date where transactions or events have occured at that date that will result in the right to pay less or receive |
| more tax. |
| Deferred tax is measured on an undiscounted basis at the tax rates that are expected to apply in the periods in |
| which timing differences reverse, based on tax rates and law enacted or substantively enacted at the balance sheet |
