1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Other accounting policies
Going Concern
The company has net liabilities and has made a loss in the current year. The Directors are satisfied that the company is a going concern as the underlying EEIG holds a property which has a market value well in excess of its cost which it is currently being recognised at.
