1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance
with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Turnover
Turnover represents contributions made by flat owners to the expenditure of the management
company.

4. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

All directors in the company are related parties due to their ownership of property within the
building managed by the company. They are the source of all income into the company and at the
balance sheet date £950 was due from the directors (2013 £900), and £225 was due to the directors
(2013 £225).
