At the year end the company's director, Mr S Lewis owed the company £46,551 (2018: £38,797). Mr S Farmer, who retired as a director on the 31st October 2018 owed the company £33,147 at the year end (2018: £33,227). The amounts outstanding at the year end were the maximum amounts outstanding during the period. Interest is charged on both of these loans calculated at the HMRC Official Rate.
