1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Related party exemption
The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 8 Related Party
Disclosures, not to disclose related party transactions with wholly owned subsidiaries within the group.

Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced fees, excluding value added tax.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

Land and buildings - Straight line over 20 year lease
Plant and machinery etc - 33% on cost and 25% on cost

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance
sheet date.

Pension costs
The company makes contributions to the directors personal pension schemes.

Yellow Dot Group Ltd is regarded by the directors as being the company's ultimate parent company.

The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yellow Dot Group Limited, a company wholly owned by the
directors.
