1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Other accounting policies
Stocks are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value.

2Fixed assets Investments
The company owns 50% of the issued share capital of Goldenmane Limited which is registered in England.

The share capital and reserves of Goldenmane Limited at 31 December 2014 were £12,777.
